What is Y Prentis?
Y Prentis is a shared apprenticeship programme sponsored by Construction Skills and the Welsh Government.
It was set up in October 2012 and is owned by Melin Homes and CMC².
Y Prentis employs apprentices on behalf of the industry and rotates them through hosted placements within construction companies.
