How will I benefit?

Y Prentis will employ you for up to two years while you work towards your Work Based Diploma.

Y Prentis Apprentices get really good experience with a range of companies on different contracts helping you develop your CV as well as developing relationships with a number of companies who may give you a job when you are qualified.

You are more likely to complete their Work Based Diploma, as rather than relying on one contractor who may not have work for the full two years, we bring in support from many companies across our partnership.

What's involved?

During the time you are with us you will have placements with a number of construction companies giving you the work experience you need to get your diploma.

You will also go to college on day release, giving you the opportunity to learn underpinning skills of your trade and meet up with friends. You will be getting real and varied experience as well as increasing levels of responsibility as you gain more experience.
