Housing Quality Network report features Y Prentis

A report entitled 'Recruitment and skills in Welsh Housing', written by Neil Merrick and published by the Housing Quality Network in November 2021, recommends shared training provider, Y Prentis, as a means to create more apprenticeships.

The report provides background information on Y Prentis, on page 7 of the report, and goes into a bit more detail about the benefits of the shared-model and quotes Y Prentis Programme Manager, Darryl Williams, as saying: "We are creating sustainable apprenticeships through collaboration using the shared model... Our dynamic approach means apprentices can be moved around according to where the work is."
