Here Kelly Edwards, Tilbury Douglas’ Social Value Manager, gives us a brief overview of the Tilbury Douglas project at Prince Charles Hospital site in Merthyr Tydfil. She also answers all of our standard Questions to get a better understanding why Apprenticeships are important to them and the benefits of shared-apprenticeship schemes.
We also find out from Dean Cockings BSc (hons), Darlow Lloyd’s Projects Manager, why they use shared apprenticeship schemes and Y Prentis Groundworks’ Apprentice, Lloyd Evans, shares his experience of working on-site at the Prince Charles Hospital, as part of his apprenticeship.
