Become an Apprentice
We employ apprentices while they work towards their diploma or NVQ in their chosen trade. Our shared apprenticeship model means that apprentices get placed with various contractors throughout their apprenticeship, giving them diverse and extensive experience that will help them develop their CV and establish good relationships with a number of potential employers.
We are the first apprenticeship company in Wales to be awarded the We invest in people apprentices accreditation, by Investors in People, following our successful inclusion in their pilot phase which was rolled out in November 2020. We have also been awarded Platinum status, which is the highest accolade available, demonstrating our commitment to achieving performance excellence in the services we provide to the construction industry. You can read more about this award in an article which was published in Business News Wales HERE.

Ongoing support and personal development
As well as a named mentor on site, we have a team of people that are here to support you if you need it. We will ensure you have everything you need before you start on site, including paying for you to do your CSCS test, providing you with all the essential PPE and gifting you a toolkit worth over £200. There are also lots of opportunities to get involved with our Apprentice Advisory Panel and local career events so that you can help shape how the scheme works and inspire the next generation of apprentices.
Secure full-time employment
The shared-apprenticeship approach gives you lots of opportunities to network with a number of contractors, learn different methods of construction and meet potential future employers. 95% of our apprentice’s secure full-time employment once they have got their qualifications, often with somebody they have worked with during their apprenticeship.
