Andrew wins NFB Apprentice of the Year!

Andrew Hardy, our carpentry apprentice from Pontypridd who is currently working with Willis Construction, has won the NFB Apprentice of the Year award.

We’re a construction based shared apprenticeship scheme operating across South East Wales. Funded by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and Welsh Government, we employ apprentices across many construction trades to meet the needs of today’s construction industry.

Where are they now?

Kelly Bennett was a painting and decorating apprentice with both Y Prentis and Monmouthshire Housing


Gabriel was a Quantity Surveying apprentice with Y Prentis from December 2015 until August 2017


Nathan was an apprentice until July 2018 and worked with five different contractors.
